Prepare the
Broccolis, wash well and cut it in pieces.

Lightly
brown some sliced ham in butter

Scrambled 2
eggs

Add the
Broccolis to boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes

Add the
scrambled eggs and stir

Serve with
the Broccolis

For more
vitamins serve with some fruit like Papaya in this case

to much Broccolis from this recipe safe the rest in a plastic container
store it in your refrigerator or freeze it and use it for another menu
